About NFTinger
NFTinger is an independent research publication covering the cross-chain NFT market: sales volume, floor prices, marketplace share, royalties, mint costs and market structure across Ethereum, Solana, Base, Bitcoin Ordinals, Polygon and BNB Chain. Every report is written from public data, cross-checked against primary sources, and reviewed before publication.
What We Publish
- Weekly News Review — a curated summary of the 10–20 most important NFT stories each week, each with a source-backed summary and separate commentary.
- Weekly Data Report — week-over-week analysis of volume, sales count, buyers and sellers, blue-chip floors, chain and marketplace share, mint costs and royalties.
- Weekly Intelligence — a structured briefing answering five fixed questions: market, chains, blue chips, costs and outlook.
- Market Intelligence — a weekly pulse on floors and share, plus a monthly market report with our blue-chip floor index and wash-trading estimate.
- Deep Dives — long-form research on one story each week, in report form.
Methodology & Editorial Standards
Every report is compiled from a fixed source whitelist: aggregators, explorers, marketplace disclosures, official project channels and mainstream industry media. We cross-check figures where possible, label estimates as estimates, and publish our metric definitions in full on the editorial policy page.
We do not publish price forecasts, we do not rate projects, and we do not accept payment for coverage. Last reviewed: 2026-08-31.
Our Stated Limitations
- Volume figures are gross and not adjusted for wash trading; our estimate appears only in the monthly report and is published as a range.
- A floor price is the lowest ask, not a valuation. We label implied market cap as an upper bound for this reason.
- Single-source claims are labelled as not independently confirmed rather than dropped.
